Please come with us as we visit Silver Run Falls in Cashiers North Carolina. It is in the Nantahala National Forest in Jackson County.
Please Note: there is VERY limited parking at this waterfall. There are four to six maximum parking spaces and almost no other places to get off the road. After parking there is a well maintained path of about one quarter mile to the falls. There is also a very rugged path if you want to get up closer.
The details can be seen in the video. Once at the waterfall, it is about 25 feet tall with a good flow of water.
