Spruce Flats Falls is in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is a beautiful waterfall but the hike is a moderate to strenuous one. We do think it is worth the time and effort. It is located on the west side of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you are in the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg areas, it’s not far away.
